Note: Do not directly pot the plant inside this basket planter. Pot the plant in another planter and then place the potted plant into this basket. Please place a tray inside the basket planter for water collection. The basket will get damaged if it comes in contact with water for a prolonged period.
Note: Since each basket is handmade, they will vary slightly in size when compared to the product dimensions given above.

Returns

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.

After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Please note: You cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@palasa.co.in and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Delivery and Shipping

The products are dispatched within one week of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.

Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
