Please Note:
Due to the handmade nature of this tray, each piece has its own unique characteristics with slight variations in colour. While we try to draw out all air bubbles from the concrete mix, some bubbles may remain. These just add to the character of each individual order. - There may be natural variation in color and texture due to the making and drying process.
Shipping
We shall dispatch orders within 7 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Returns
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting unboxing videos and images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.
After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
