Return Policy
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we will process the refund immediately following the cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Returns
We work on a no-return and refund policy for all items.
If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.
After 48 hours, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Please note: You cannot cancel products bought during a sale.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
