Shipping charges of all our products will be calculated at checkout
We shall dispatch orders within 7 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Palasa is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Palasa. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Studio Palasa, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.
After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Please note: You cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
Customer Service Policy
Palasa is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We make an effort to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to set up an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/dimensions of products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

If we notice that the planters are bought for reasons like copying , reselling etc. we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time without any explanation to the customer.
All disputes are subject to courts of Bangalore Jurisdiction only. Bangalore is located in the State of Karnataka, India.

Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colours
Please know that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their restricted availability, stock may be refreshed all the time. When an item featured on the website is no longer in stock, we make an effort to get rid of that item from the website in a timely manner. Most products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.
All Palasa products are manufactured locally. We have made every attempt to show as accurately as possible the colours of our products that show on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot promise that your display of colour will be precise. Product colour may vary slightly.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Palasa harmless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
