We broke down the denominations to help you gift the right amount. Just select the right number and add multiple units of the same.

1. What happens on the purchase of the gift card?
You will receive a mail similar to any product purchase with a code that can be redeemed for future purchase
2. What happens if I misplace or lose my gift card?
You can raise a ticket on the support chat on the website and we will send the gift card mailer again on the original id from where it was booked.
3. I haven't used the full gift card value. Can I use the same gift card to redeem the pending value?
Gift cards can be used as many times till the balance runs out.
4. Is there an expiry date?
Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase
5. Can I use the gift card bought online on the offline store?
Currently, we don't have that feature, but it's in the works.
6. Can a gift card be reloaded?
No, gift cards can't be reloaded.
7. Can a gift card be used to purchase another gift card?
No, gift card can't be used to purchase another gift card.
8. Can you redeem multiple gift cards for one purchase?
Yes, you can add another gift card on a single purchase.
We shall dispatch orders within 7 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting unboxing videos and images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.
After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
